hello, esteemed colleagues.  i am doing a trx for a bankruptcy court motion calendar call.  there are multiple case numbers with multiple corporation names, etc.  how do i list these on the title page without it getting too convoluded and hard to read?  i have searched for examples on the Web but have found none.  :-(  any suggestions?  thanks!

Anna,

Are all of the full captions to be used?  That does get a little hairy.  We oftentimes have a defendant with multiple cases and will have to type it up, but since it's just the same caption other than case number, we'll just put Case No. 11-998, to the right of the caption box, and then directly under that, 11-999, for instance.

If I've done a transcript for two or more cases, I have actually done the full caption box, and then the following case's caption box, etc., and then go on with the rest of the title page info.  Sometimes it can't be avoided.  But it just depends on the situation and how they do it in your locale.  If it's a short transcript involving many unrelated cases, I'd probably just do the title pages for each case, and separate transcripts that actually have the same content for the transcript part.  Not sure if I'm making sense, but it's hard to explain since I can't actually show you a sample.

Good luck!
