This is something I always wonder when I'm making the appearence pages and I figure, as a court reporter, I probably should know, although I don't think I've ever asked before.

So, what is the difference between an  LLP a and PC?

It's just the legal way the business was formed.  LLC is Limited Liability Company, and PC is Professional Corporation.
