12/28/2011 5:35:34 PM I was doing realtime and LiveNote. Suddenly both my realtime stopped scrolling (found out I even lost some notes and audio) and also my writer froze. Had to stop proceedings, turn off computer and writer and start again. Ordered a new battery since I always plug in and the battery is from 2005. Says I have to cycle charge. Don't know what that is. Perhaps I need a new charger too? Thanks for the help. T |

| April Hansen Scroll to the battery option on the buttons at the base of your screen. If I remember correctly, they cycle option will be on the left, after you press battery. A cycle charge drains the battery of any charge or memory of a charge, and starts it with a new charge, so I would suggest doing it overnight. Once your battery is fully charged, you should be able to go eight to twelve hours on a charge without plugging in. I usually charge my machine every Friday (unplug on my next work day), a Thursday, December 29, 2011 | ||
| Andrea Rivera I agree with April. Although I just bought a new battery and I can write up to 20 hours on a full charge. Thursday, December 29, 2011 | ||
| Alice Buck I have a Stentura 400 SRT, so it doesn`t have any buttons. But I don`t charge it during the week, and then I leave it on after school on Friday. As soon as the battery dies (sometimes not until Sunday), I charge it for at least eight hours. This keeps the battery working very well! Thursday, December 29, 2011 | ||
