Need help with a psychiatric word.

10/19/2011 2:12:58 PM I am editing a psychiatrist's depo and he says: "Normal mental status exam. Euthymic and phalethic (?) means normal mood state." Has anybody ever heard of anything like this? I can't find anything remotely close.
