do you need good practice material?

I am a reader and my co-worker created speedbuilding discs for students that were unhappy with their limited practice material at school. It's good, clear dictation that is challenging with real human voices not computer generated. The speeds go up the 240 wpm. They are only $10 and the sound quality is excellent.
