How long do I neet to keep original deposition transcripts?

2/23/2011 1:39:17 PM I am in California and I have sold my deposition business. I have in storage many boxes of original deposition transcripts. I know the originals are to be sent to attorneys sealed, and I have been doing that for the last 10 years, but many years ago I would keep the originals for cases venued in my county instead of sealing and sending to noticing attorneys as I could walk them over to the courthouse on the next block to be filed for trial as needed. I gave that up, as I said, about 10 years ago because of the storage issue.
