What is the equipment needed to use a scopist in another part of the USA?

I have a scopist locally who is not keeping me happy enough.  So I need another scopist so I never have to do it.  I have the E-transcript software.  I still have Stenocat Explorer -- it is OLD, but I love it.

If I bought a digital recorder and used that, what else would I need to be able to send the unedited job to someone via e-mail?

Thanks, Carol DeBee Martin

Carol, aside from a reliable FTP or transfer service you wouldn't need really anything else.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at Accuscribe@aol.com.  I'm on StenoCat and use my own personal server through my home office as well as a couple of different services that I will happily turn you on to.  :)

Have a great weekend,

Suz

Hey,

Boy Howdy am I glad to hear from you!  I fired him.  I have to get out some pages now (a lot), but I printed your response.  I'll e-mail you to find out everything I can.  You're a keeper, Carol DeBee Martin
