The NCRA is a good source is you're looking to be certified as a court reporter. Their program is focused on education, meeting standards, and doing the research and advocacy necessary to further the profession as a whole.

The NCRA has a court reporter certification program that runs through the Professional Education Services (PES).  Their certification process meets the credentialing standards set forth by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies and ANSI - the American National Standards Institute.
